What is the deal with Thinspo and Fitspo?
How are these healthy communities? Are they at all? They may promote fitness or stress being thin and eating “right”, but all I have seen, above anything else, is an unhealthy, self-conscious, and self-critical community being promoted, strung together with thoughtless tags and blog rings. I’m using strong words. This is a poorly thought out post, but this is my gut reaction...
