Topical! Had a guy tell me “Chivalry is not dead” as he held the door open for me and my friend.

I just read this from definr: “n 1: courtesy towards women”

I’d say be courteous to everybody, anybody. Hold doors open for people not just women. Use your manners.

It’s easy to do, and it’s fabulous to be a recipient of.

So to answer your question: I think courtesy should be extended to everyone. I believe in chivalry for everyone, not just women.
